A new way to visit Paris
[vc_row fluid=”stretch_row_only” padding_top=”pt-40″][vc_column width=”2/3″ class=”col-sm-6 column-right”][vc_column_text]If you think you know Paris and you’re looking for a new travel experience, or if you would like to see something else than the usual tourist hotspots, stop right there! QKunst team member Nanda Janssen is a curator and writer based in Paris. She recently started organising special guided tours: Paris Insolite – discovering new, unknown and hidden arts and culture. The Louvre, the Pompidou and the Musée d’Orsay are not on the programme. Instead, Nanda will show you hidden gems where exciting things happen when it comes to contemporary art.
‘Through my work, I get to see a lot of new places buzzing with art, but I cannot always write about them in the art magazines I work for, because there is simply no room. While I’m actually thinking: this is great, everybody should see this! With Paris Insolite, I can show these places. On top of that, I have a much more direct interaction with my readers. For me, that’s a bonus.’ The next tour is planned on May 5 and 6, and then on July 7 and 8. For more information, check nandajanssen.nl.
